Here I enable batch voting for vanilla after figuring out some edge cases.
A remaining edge case is what to do when your delegator's have already voted. Right now you attempt to vote for all delegators, and it just errors when a vote has been cast already (but still casts your other votes). This is functional but may need to be revised in the future for quality of life.
